Aravind brings in a decade’s experience in enterprise technology, solutioning and product development. He has a track record of working with the big boys of the industry like – Talent Intelligence, Searchesuk, Oxford Innovation, BodyPower, P&H, F&E and a long list of successful projects to his portfolio. Before Piqual, Aravind was part of the multi-national companies, first as a technical consultant and moved up the ladder to become a senior software engineer. At Piqual, with CIO endorsed expertise in software development, he heads the Product Engineering, steering the technological odyssey.
Ashin brings to Piqual two decades of technology leadership experience and was with Mindtree for close to a decade playing key tech leadership roles. His areas of specialization include Big Data, Cloud and Emerging Technologies; with expertise in designing and implementing digital enterprise solutions. Ashin is driving Piqual’s AI enabled products. He is also a business partner and is part of the core leadership team at Nuivio Ventures, Piqual’s parent company.
Joseph brings a track record of two decades of fast paced business growth in the Software Industry across USA, Europe and Asia. Prior to Piqual, he was with Mindtree for close to 14 years and was part of the core team that grew the Europe & US businesses through multi-million dollar contracts, besides kick-starting Mindtree’s Middle East business. He is a charter member with TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) and is on the Forbes Business Council and the Fast Company Executive Board. He is an active proponent of technology innovation with a focus on Frugal Innovation methodologies and is a speaker at multiple enterprise innovation conferences. He is also an early advocate of software product start-ups and is a seed investor with multiple angel networks.
Issac Jose, Head of Business Development at Piqual, has a diverse background in sales leadership across multiple organizations. His experience spans driving LMS solutions at Fingent and leading strategic initiatives at Vgulp and Suyati Technologies. With a foundation in technology from his time at IBM, Issac combines technical proficiency with a client-centric approach to drive growth and build meaningful partnerships at Piqual.
Neenu is a seasoned IT professional and a certified scrum master with expertise in implementing Agile and ITIL frameworks in large enterprises. Her core expertise lies in bringing project management best practices to digital initiatives, campaigns etc. Prior to Piqual, Neenu was part of Infosys for 7 years in the Energy vertical, and brings with her the experience of working with clients across the US and Europe markets. With a background in Computer Science Engineering, she has a rich knowledge in managing projects across all phases ensuring faster and smoother project delivery.

Scott has over 25 years of experience in the information and technology business. He started as an analyst at TransUnion. After eight years of production roles, he moved into business development. Post TransUnion, he did sales stints at Experian Marketing Services and Entiera. He later joined Mindtree and was with them for eight years where he started by selling Data and Analytics Services to new clients, eventually selling Mindtree’s entire gamut of services. At Piqual, as the Interim CEO, he heads the North America business and drives partnerships for this market.
